How a warranty claim works

    Message us via WhatsApp or the chat bubble with your order reference and a short description of the defect.

  2. 02

    We respond within 24 hours with a return address (Tbilisi warehouse) or a courier pickup window.

  3. 03

    Defective unit is inspected. If covered, we replace it with the same model — or, if discontinued, an equal-value alternative.

  4. 04

    For bulk-order claims (15+ units), factory analysis is initiated. We commit to a new shipment within 7 days.

Terms

  • Replacement only. No partial refund or discount on defective units within the warranty window.
  • Original purchase required. Item must be purchased from VELTA — keep the order reference.
  • Out-of-warranty. Items past their warranty period are not covered for replacement or repair, but we can quote a paid replacement at supplier price.
  • Discontinued products. Equal-value alternative arranged by mutual agreement.
  • Custom-branded / OEM orders. Defective-unit value is converted to credit on a future OEM order.

Exclusions

Damage from misuse, water (except where rated waterproof), drops, unauthorised disassembly, or use outside the rated voltage range is not covered.
