How long does it take to charge a phone? How many charges from one power bank?
Charging time = (battery capacity / charger current) × 1.2. Example: a 1810 mAh phone with a 1000 mA charger ≈ 2.17 hours. For a 10,000 mAh power bank charging the same phone: 10000 × 85% × 90% / 1810 ≈ 4.2 charges.
What is the output voltage of a power bank?
Output is 5V ± 0.25V — stable around 5V. Some phones (iPhones in particular) require voltage between 4.75V and 5.5V for reliable detection. Long or low-quality cables can cause voltage drop and reduce charging speed.
Why does my power bank not turn on?
Two common causes: (1) over-discharge protection has triggered — plug the power bank to a charger for a few minutes to reset; (2) overload or short-circuit protection — disconnect everything, then plug in to reset.
I see different prices for power banks of the same capacity — why?
Capacity is one variable; battery cell quality (imported vs. domestic; A/B/C grade), circuit-board protection layers, casing material, and cable quality all change the cost meaningfully. We carry only A-grade cells with full protection circuitry.
Is fast charging safe? Will it overheat the device?
Yes. Every modern charger and power bank in our catalogue uses smart-chip thermal control: temperature stays within national-standard limits regardless of whether fast charging is engaged. The chip throttles output if heat rises beyond safe range.
Can I charge wirelessly?
Only if your phone supports wireless (Qi) charging — most iPhone 8+, Samsung Galaxy S6+, Pixel 3+ and others do. Press the power button on the wireless pad first, then place the phone centered on the pad. Wireless charging has roughly a 1-second startup delay.
Does Apple iPhone support fast charging?
iPhone 8 and newer support both wired and wireless fast charging. For wired fast charge, use a PD (Power Delivery) charger of 20W or more with an MFi-certified USB-C-to-Lightning cable.
What is the minimum charger I need for fast charging?
A charger of at least 10W (5V × 2A). Anything below 5V × 1A is considered slow. For PD fast-charge, look for chargers labelled USB-C PD with 20W or more.
Is there overload protection?
Yes. Every product has built-in overload protection that automatically disconnects power when current exceeds safe levels. Reset by unplugging and plugging back in.
Is there surge / lightning protection?
Yes — pressure-sensitive resistors (varistors) handle surge events. Models include 14D561K (230V European mains) and 14D201K (US/Asia 110-120V).
What is the warranty period?
12 months on power strips, wall chargers, and Wi-Fi sockets. 6 months on power banks, USB cables, earphones, and phone holders. Replacement only — no refund or partial discount on defective units within warranty.
